Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a primary contact for customers, ensuring total satisfaction and timely, professional support. You will handle inbound and outbound calls and written correspondence, take orders, assist with product selection, pricing, expediting and billing, and coordinate service requests.

Strong communication and a high school diploma (two/four year degree preferred), plus retail or counter sales experience, are valued; shifts are Monday–Friday, 9:00

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with customers.
