Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be a key contact for customers, entering orders and providing timely, courteous support. You will manage calls and written inquiries, assist with product selection, pricing, billing and claims, and help ensure every customer experience is top quality.

The role supports selling Graybar goods on inbound calls and requires strong communication and a passion for customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• A passion for customer service.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with tact and enthusiasm.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsabilités

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
