Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the primary contact for customers, ensuring total satisfaction. You will enter orders, handle requests, and provide timely, courteous support on inbound calls.

In this role, you will help with product selection, application support, and coordinate various service requests including pricing, expediting, billing and credits. Monday through Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, on-site in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact to ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Enter orders and handle requests with timely, professional, courteous support.
• Sell Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing and credits.
