Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve as a key contact for customers in the United States. You will enter orders, handle requests, and provide timely, courteous support to ensure total satisfaction.

Responsibilities include managing calls and correspondence, supporting product selection, and coordinating pricing, expediting, billing, and claims while driving sales on inbound inquiries.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education and a degree preference (2/4 year).

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner with follow up on issues.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
