Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Head of Sales Performance in Austin, TX to build and own the inbound sales engine. You will create tools, sequences, coaching systems, and standards to lift every rep’s performance.

You’ll lead the inbound follow-up team, implement modern sales tech, and drive disciplined opportunity management aligned to revenue targets. You will design and optimize follow-up sequences, coach on discovery and urgency, and expand scope to post-sale onboarding and expansion as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in inside sales, sales enablement, or revenue operations.
• Proven ability to build sale systems and content from scratch.
• Experience improving follow-up, pipeline conversion, and show rates.
• Strong understanding of inbound funnels and mid-funnel conversion.
• Hands-on ability to train and coach reps.

Responsibilities

• Own the inbound follow-up function and coach the team for high-quality opportunities.
• Build the Sales Performance Toolkit: sequences, talk tracks, battle cards, collateral.
• Lead onboarding, ramp, and cadence standards; manage the trainer.
• Design and test follow-up sequences across email and chat; analyze metrics.
• Oversee channel partner leads; establish ownership and reporting standards.
• Maintain sales knowledge base as the single source of truth and AI enablement content.
