Job summary

Graybar Electric Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Denver, CO to act as a key liaison for customers, entering orders, handling requests, and providing timely support. The role emphasizes professional, courteous communication and active product/service selling on inbound calls.

You will coordinate service requests, assist with product selection, and ensure follow-up on all issues, with a schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm. Compensation aligns with local market rates.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred.
• High School education required.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every customer experience is top notch in quality.
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
