Qualifications

• High-school diploma or GED required.
• 6 months experience in healthcare billing, reimbursement, or infusion services.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of CVS Specialty processes and patient journey from order to reimbursement.
• Assist patients with complex billing and reimbursement to ensure timely processing.
• Build trusted relationships with patients through meaningful conversations.
• Handle difficult situations with empathy and urgency.
• Document each interaction accurately in Revenue Cycle systems.
• Record, review and follow up on patient concerns to resolution.
• Assess patient information to determine eligibility for payment plans.
• Meet call center metrics for call volume and quality.
• Coordinate with CVS Specialty departments using available technology.
• Maintain a positive, professional presence over the phone.
