Qualifications

• 8–10 years warehousing and distribution experience
• 8–10 years management experience
• Undergraduate degree in Business or related field or equivalent
• Able to work flexible shifts/hours
• WMS experience preferred
• Interpersonal and conflict resolution skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations for inbound functions
• Prioritize, assign and review work to maintain productivity, volume and quality goals
• Provide analysis and insights on KPIs; monitor adherence to standards
• Implement corrective actions when operations deviate from plan
• Provide leadership to staff for continual improvement of key functions and reduce labor costs
