Job summary

Parts Authority is seeking an experienced Warehouse Inbound Manager to oversee inbound activities and manage a team of supervisors and a larger staff. You will drive efficiency, accuracy in receiving, and dock-to-stock targets while upholding safety and DOT/OSHA standards.

Responsibilities include analyzing metrics, coordinating with purchasing, and maintaining a safe, productive warehouse culture. This role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Expertise in supply chain, logistics and high-volume distribution.
• Demonstrated management and team-building experience.
• Experience with WMS, RF tech and conveyor systems.
• Experience in internet e-fulfillment is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing order flow.
• Self-starter with proactive problem solving.
• Experience tracking KPIs like inbound/outbound productivity.

Responsibilities

• Lead inbound operations and supervise a team of supervisors.
• Maintain productivity and a culture of customer service in outbound areas.
• Review metrics and improve performance across inbound functions.
• Ensure efficient receiving, dock-to-stock within 72 hours.
• Manage budgets, expenses, and staffing to meet demand.
• Oversee safety, cleanliness, and OSHA/DOT compliance.
• Coordinate with purchasing to unload and stock orders.
