Qualifications

• 5+ years of warehouse management experience.
• Proven ability to implement CI actions delivering improvements in cost, service and quality.
• Demonstrated capability to develop others and grow leadership in direct reports.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse KPIs and their use.
• Hands-on with warehouse management software and databases.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvement opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support the business strategy and drive safety, quality and performance.

• Recruit, onboard, and train resources.
• Coach and discipline warehouse staff to improve performance.
