Qualifications

• 5 years of warehousing experience with progressive leadership responsibilities.
• High school diploma.
• Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily warehouse workflow and staffing for all shifts.
• Hires and trains new warehouse employees and conducts performance evaluations.
• Manages customer accounts including emails, billing, routing, and loading/unloading.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and represents customer needs within the organization.
• Directs operations of assigned work team to meet objectives.
• Maintains data accuracy with shipping documents, load receipts, and inventories.
• Ensures safety policies and forklift/materials handling equipment safety.
• Plans schedules, assigns duties, and coordinates communication between shifts.
• Performs cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Handles clerical tasks and administrative duties.
