Job summary

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to lead high-volume warehouse and distribution operations in a fast-paced 3PL setting. You will drive safety, productivity, and service levels while mentoring supervisors and frontline staff.

Responsibilities include KPI management, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with customers and internal teams to meet SLAs and budget goals. A Lean Six Sigma background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics management in a 3PL.
• Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping, and returns.
• Manage daily operational activities to ensure safety, productivity, quality, and customer service objectives are achieved.
• Develop, coach, and mentor supervisors and warehouse associates to build a high-performance team environment.
• Establish and monitor KPIs including productivity, inventory accuracy, on-time shipping, order accuracy, and labor utilization.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, cost reduction, and service enhancements.
