Job summary

NAPA is seeking an Inbound Operations Manager to lead and optimize inbound activities at our distribution center. The role reports to the General Manager/Assistant General Manager and drives safety, efficiency, and team engagement across inbound functions.

The ideal candidate has DC operations experience, a track record in leading teams, and strong skills in process improvement and data‑driven decision making. This is a hands‑on role that fosters ownership and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience managing inbound DC operations and teams.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Familiarity with warehouse software (WMS/ERP).
• Comfort working in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with GM/AGM to implement strategies for efficiency.
• Set performance expectations and monitor inbound productivity.
• Lead inbound operations, including receiving, stocking, and safety.
• Ensure safety compliance and incident prevention measures.
• Train and develop staff, addressing gaps as needed.
• Resolve customer and partner inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work with DC peers to investigate receiving errors and fix root causes.
• Protect assets and ensure secure, receipt‑driven receipt handling.
• Support budget awareness and cost‑saving initiatives.
