Job summary

Pet Supplies Plus is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Operations & Planning Analyst to join our Supply Chain organization. This role will serve as a key liaison across Supply Chain, Distribution Centers, Store Operations, Transportation, New Store Development, and Inventory teams, driving process improvements through automation and cross-functional collaboration.

Key duties include managing stocking orders for new stores, coordinating opening timelines, developing inventory and fixture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1+ years of supply chain or business experience is desirable.
• Advanced Excel skills including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage Initial Stocking Orders (ISOs) and Additional Stocking Orders (ASOs) for new stores and related projects.
• Coordinate store opening timelines with New Store Development, Store Operations, Distribution Centers, distributors, and vendors.
• Develop and execute supply orders, inventory plans, and store support materials.
• Create and print planogram boxes, labels, maps, and operational documents for store openings.
• Monitor project milestones and communicate schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Update Store Supply Catalog and maintain Item Master Data affecting distribution and store execution.
