Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an Inside Loan Originator to convert inbound premium leads into loans by promoting CCM's competitive mortgage products, services, and programs. You will analyze current rates, negotiate terms, and meet with prospects by phone.

You’ll manage your pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals while learning CCM’s programs and systems. We value strong sales, borrower income analysis, and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum sales or origination experience in consumer direct or call center.
• Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income and negotiating skills.
• Experience proactively soliciting new business.
• Knowledge of retail product philosophy, policy, underwriting, procedures, documentation and systems.
• Experience converting leads and in-bound calls preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Establish a presence for CCM, including converting incoming leads.
• Analyze current rates and programs to provide accurate information to borrowers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with borrowers.
• Participate in all steps related to mortgage loan origination, including meeting prospects andCounseling borrowers.
• Manage personal pipeline to meet service standards and financial goals.
• Learn and stay current with borrowing programs and in-house systems.
• Evaluate credit requests and identify marketplace trends.
• Comply with applicable federal and state guidelines.
