Job summary

CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC is seeking an Inside Loan Originator in Crofton, MD to convert inbound premium leads into loans by promoting CCM’s mortgage products. The role involves consulting with customers, reviewing documentation, and maintaining production and quality standards.

The position requires at least 1 year of sales or origination experience, proficiency in communication, and knowledge of retail product guidelines. NMLS license and state licenses are a plus; flexible hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of sales or origination experience.
• Experience collecting and analyzing borrower income and negotiating skills.
• Experience converting leads and in-bound calls, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish CCM presence by converting incoming leads.
• Analyze rates and programs to inform borrowers.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with borrowers.
• Manage the mortgage origination process from prospecting to application by phone.
