Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking an Inbound Specialist, Ground to own the delivery leg from origin to invoicing. You will coordinate across TMF and Descartes Aljex, ensure in-transit visibility, validate PODs, and lock data for billing while escalating exceptions promptly.

The role requires 1–3 years in logistics, familiarity with TMF/Aljex, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. Multiple shifts are available including day, evening/night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years in transportation operations, delivery coordination, dispatch, or related logistics.
• Hands-on experience with transportation management systems (TMF/Aljex preferred).
• Knowledge of US domestic ground freight (FTL/LTL) and shipment lifecycle milestones.

Responsibilities

• Monitor in-transit shipments and assign ownership to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify PODs, reconcile data across TMF and Aljex, and support billing.
• Escalate exceptions and communicate with carriers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate milestones, reason codes, and documentation for billing readiness.
• Support post-handoff queries with underlying delivery documentation.
