Job summary

Crane is seeking an Inbound Specialist, Ground to own the destination phase of ground shipments from origin to delivery and billing. You will coordinate across TMF and Descartes Aljex, ensuring in-transit visibility, accurate PODs, and timely pre-alerts to receiving warehouses.

Responsibilities include reconciling revenue and cost, locking files for billing, and escalating exceptions to maintain data parity across systems for prompt invoicing.

Qualifications

• Experience with transportation operations and logistics coordination.
• Familiarity with TMF and Descartes Aljex preferred.
• Ability to reconcile data across systems for billing.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-transit visibility and ETA validation.
• Prepare POD, BOL references, and documentation for billing.
• Escalate transit or delivery exceptions promptly.
• Lock files after FCC notes are available and support post-handoff inquiries.
