Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads from RV Trader, Facebook, Google & website.
• Communicate by phone, text, and email.
• Ask qualifying questions (budget, timing, decision maker, tow vehicle).
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Prepare customers before arrival so they know what to expect.
• Follow up with unscheduled prospects.
• Document all activity in the CRM.
• Coordinate with store staff for customer readiness.
