Job summary

Competition Automotive Group is seeking BDC Representatives to support our sales team. The role involves handling inbound/outbound inquiries, following up with clients in the CRM, and directing questions to the right team. A strong focus on professional communication and problem-solving is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service.
• Proficient in basic computer systems (Windows, Google, Microsoft).
• Strong customer service skills, phone & email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Handle heavy inbound and outbound client inquiries from web leads, phone and email.
• Perform short-term and long-term follow-up with clients in the CRM drive.
• Speak with customers professionally and resolve issues.
• Direct customer calls/questions/concerns to the appropriate party, including online inquiries.
• Log all activity in the CRM.
