Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Specialist I in Account Service within the Customer Service Team in Tucson, AZ. You will be the first point of contact for clients, handling inbound calls and providing solutions across financial products in a fast-paced call center environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, multitasking, and empathy. This role supports military families under the DoD partnership, working within a defined framework and escalating non-standard issues to a supervisor

Qualifications

• Must be a spouse of a currently serving member of the U.S. Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, or Space Force (including active, reserve, and National Guard).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reside within ~90 miles of the JPMC Center in Tucson AZ 85713.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls for financial products.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build customer relationships.
• Navigate multiple computer systems and follow established procedures.
• Work independently and in a team to achieve goals.
