Job summary

Johnson Controls in Kansas City, MO seeks a Schedule Inbound Coordinator to dispatch service and support field operations within the Security Domain.

They will work closely with NDC Team Managers, Service Dispatch Coordinators, Field Service Managers, peers and customers to drive key business initiatives and service delivery such as managing email service request backlog, guard dispatch, emergency ticket dispatching, coordinate third party vendor meets, Field Technician calls for assistance or

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Perform service dispatch and support field operations within the Security Domain.
• Coordinate with NDC Team Managers, Service Dispatch Coordinators, Field Service Managers, peers and customers to drive service delivery.
• Manage email service request backlog, guard dispatch, emergency ticket dispatching, and ticket management; respond to inquiries to drive field service delivery.
