Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a NDC Schedule Dispatch Coordinator to support field operation activities within the Security Domain. You will work with team managers and customers to drive service delivery, manage ticket backlog, and ensure on-time scheduling for technicians.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in dispatch or customer service, strong written and verbal communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service and dispatch scheduling experience.
• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned.
• Proficient in written and verbal communication; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and related programs.

Responsibilities
