Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in order entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls and written correspondence promptly.
• Enter orders and process customer requests including pricing and expediting.
• Assist with product selection and application support.
