Job summary

You will handle calls and written correspondence, assist with product selection, and coordinate orders, pricing, billing, and credits while supporting Graybar goods on inbound calls in a friendly, customer-first manner.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact.
• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities
