Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Sioux Falls, SD, to serve as a primary contact for customers and ensure total satisfaction. You will interact with customers to enter orders, handle requests, and provide timely, professional support on an ongoing basis.

In this role, you will handle calls and written correspondence, support product selection, and coordinate service requests including pricing, expediting, billing, and claims.

Qualificações

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple customer situations with professionalism and courtesy.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as key contact for customers to ensure total satisfaction.
