Job summary

Graybar is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Minnesota to serve as a primary contact for customers, handling orders, requests, and inquiries with professionalism.

Responsibilities include sales on inbound calls, product selection support, and coordinating service requests such as pricing, expediting, billing, and credits. Strong communication and a HS diploma are required; higher degrees preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.

• Some retail or counter sales experience preferred.
• High School education.
• 2 year or 4 year degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow up on all customer issues.
• Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls.
• Provide support on product selection and application.
• Coordinate customer service requests including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit and claims.
