Job summary

C2 Tactical in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a chat/phone center specialist to handle inbound calls, bookings, and payments in a fast-paced environment.

You will triage customer needs across multiple locations, respond to chats and emails, and route questions to sales or management as needed. Prior experience in customer service or a call center is preferred, with firearms knowledge considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Previous call center experience preferred.
• Firearms knowledge a plus.
• Sitting at a desk for long periods of time.
• Using a computer for long periods including screen, keyboard, mouse.
• Using a handset and phone for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Answering Incoming Calls (80%) - answer all incoming calls for multiple locations; triage needs and forward as needed.
• Create bookings in the CRM and take payments over the phone; provide excellent customer service.
• Outgoing Calls for follow-up (10%) - verify information or resolve booking issues.
• Online Chat and Email Responses (10%) - answer simple questions and route to sales or management.
