Linnworks is looking for an Inbound BDR to be the first point of contact for inbound leads across our US, UK, and EU markets. You will qualify prospects, personalize conversations, and book meetings for Account Executives, leveraging AI to work faster and smarter than traditional SDRs.

This entry‑level role offers structured training, weekly coaching, and a clear career path. Candidates in Easter or Central Time zones with US work eligibility are welcome.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in sales, customer-facing or target-driven roles.
• Evidence of hitting or beating targets in any domain.
• Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo or similar).
• Bonus: familiarity with ecommerce platforms (Shopify, BigCommerce, Amazon) or experience selling to ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads within minutes by phone, email and chat.
• Qualify with discovery questions against our ICP.
• Book qualified meetings for Account Executives with clear context for a strong start.
• Use AI to research accounts and prospects before outreach.
• Personalise outreach and follow-ups with AI while sounding like you.
