Job summary

Sames Auto Group is seeking a motivated BDC representative to nurture customer relationships and coordinate online and telephone requests. You will schedule appointments for sales and service, and track leads to convert them into visits and sales.

You will gather guest data, maintain product knowledge, and comply with privacy rules while collaborating with a team and driving dealership objectives.

Qualifications

• Exceptional oral and written communication via phone, online and in person.
• Proven customer service track record or clear desire to excel.
• Proficient in basic math and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries with focus on satisfaction.
• Receive inbound calls and set firm appointment dates.
• Provide vehicle sales/service information and maintain product knowledge.
• Enter guest data accurately into the BDC system.
• Follow up on internet leads and adhere to privacy regulations.
