You will handle inbound and outbound communications, schedule and confirm sales and service appointments, and ensure a seamless customer experience across phone, text, email, and chat.

The role focuses on building rapport, documenting interactions in the CRM, and collaborating with sales and service to meet daily appointment goals.

Qualifications

• Proficient with computers, CRM software, and MS Office.
• Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text and chat.
• Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
• Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and opportunities.
• Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction.
• Accurately document all communications in the dealership CRM.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams for a seamless experience.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly appointment and performance goals.
• Maintain a positive, professional, customer-first attitude.
