Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college preferred.
• 1 year of customer service, call center, or BDC experience in automotive is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Ability to build rapport and influence customers over the phone and digital channels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM software and MS Office.
• Able to work independently and in a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound sales and service inquiries via phone, email, and online forms.
• Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and schedule service appointments.
• Log all customer interactions in CRM, update information, and track appointment statuses.
• Qualify customer needs and direct to the appropriate department.
• Provide accurate information about inventory, pricing, promotions, and services.
• Overcome objections by highlighting value and benefits.
• Confirm and reschedule appointments with timely reminders.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure a seamless experience.
• Aim to meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and contact targets.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends.
