The role emphasizes outbound follow-ups, inbound calls, and a strong customer-service mindset. Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays is required to succeed in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Handle customer contacts, follow-up, and retention.
• Respond to inbound service calls promptly.
• Identify client needs and schedule service appointments.
• Place outbound calls and emails to clients.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong telephone skills.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work mornings, evenings, and Saturdays.
• Minimum of two years direct customer service experience.
• Automotive sales experience welcomed but not required.

Responsibilities
