Job summary

Enthuse is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute locally relevant brand activations across a designated market. This field-based role leverages local relationships and on-premise experience to build advocacy, drive trial, and increase brand visibility for a premium spirits portfolio.

This is not a sales role; you will support client priorities, provide field insights, and report activations to agency leadership and market partners.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old
• 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, hospitality or events
• Strong understanding of on-premise channel and activation programming
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and evenings/weekends as needed
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and execute brand activations, tastings, trade engagements, and events within on-premise accounts.
• Deliver programming according to objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Tailor activation delivery to account, occasion, and community.
• Coordinate activation logistics, staffing, and on-site needs with managers and partners.
• Maintain high standards of execution and consumer experience.
• Observe and report consumer and market insights to improve programs.
