Job summary

Enthuse Marketing is hiring an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute locally relevant activations for a premium spirits portfolio. This field-based role leverages local relationships, on-premise experience, and social influence to drive consumer demand while not performing direct sales.

The role reports to the Field Activation Manager and requires Travel within the designated territory, strong execution, and timely reporting to agency leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• 3+ years of experience in beverage alcohol, hospitality or events.
• Strong understanding of the on-premise channel, including bars, restaurants, nightlife, and hospitality ecosystems.
• Experience evaluating trade programming, activations, and competitive supplier activity.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, trade engagements, and events within assigned on-premise accounts.
• Deliver programming according to objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Build bartender and trade engagement through credible, relevant brand experiences.
• Observe and report consumer and market insights to improve future programming.
• Maintain proactive communication with Field Activation Manager on status and opportunities.
