Job summary

Enthuse Marketing, an education-led marketing agency, is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute local activations for a premium spirits portfolio. The role emphasizes field-based brand experiences, collaboration with clients and agencies, and delivering authentic consumer engagements in designated markets.

The candidate will work independently with strong communication, organization, and travel readiness, within a 30-minute commute of the market.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to quality and detail.
• Live in assigned territory and willing to travel.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle; clean record.
• 3+ years in beverage alcohol, hospitality or events.
• Knowledge of on-premise channel (bars, restaurants, nightlife).
• Ability to synthesize insights into commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, and events within on-premise accounts.
• Deliver programming according to objectives, timelines and budgets.
• Tailor activation delivery to account, occasion, and community.
• Coordinate activation logistics, staffing and on-site needs.
• Maintain high standard of execution and consumer experience.
• Build bartender and trade engagement through authentic experiences.
• Observe and report consumer behaviors, market trends, and activation impact.
• Represent Enthuse professionally and maintain client communications.
