Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking an In Suite Dining Sales Agent to provide exceptional guest service in personal In Suite dining and amenity delivery. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, and maintain accurate guest profiles while delivering high standards of service throughout the suites.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain Alcohol Awareness card and Food Handler’s Card.
• Minimum 2 years of service experience in a first-class hotel, casino, restaurant or related hospitality area.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage, including wine and spirits.
• Experience with point-of-sale equipment or computers.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Answer the phones according to Venetian standards using a defined script.
• Take orders correctly, enter into Micros, coordinate with ISD for service.
• Record guest data in profiles and deliver/refresh amenities.
• Operate Micros to order food and beverages; handle safe lifting and equipment usage.
• Fulfill guest requests and respond to questions about the resort.
