Responsibilities

• Promptly answer incoming phone calls with a positive greeting.
• Obtain guest details and determine food and beverage requirements via the phone.
• Communicate guest orders through the point-of-sale system with accurate details.
• Understand and explain menu items and preparations to guests.
• Determine guest billing information and payment status.
• Monitor resort features, hours, outlets, and events to assist guests.
