Job summary

The Venetian Resort Las Vegas is seeking a Concierge for the Milano suites to deliver anticipatory, personalized service from arrival to departure. You will coordinate with VIP teams, escort guests, and provide itinerary suggestions for shows, dining, and spa experiences.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in luxury hospitality or VIP services, strong English communication, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.
• High school Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to focus on guest needs and handle business contacts effectively.
• Working knowledge of property management systems like LMS preferred.
• At least 1 year of one-on-one customer interaction experience.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, VIP services, front desk operations, or high-end guest relations preferred.
• Clear and effective English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with VIP team to ready the suite upon arrival.
• Escort guests from Porte Cochere to Milano Lounge or suite, with orientation.
• Provide guest itineraries including show, restaurant, and Spa reservations.
• Offer Milano contact information and 24-hour services.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct per company standards.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of workstation and surroundings.
