Job summary

T-Mobile Retail team is hiring Mobile Experts to engage customers, demonstrate and recommend device and service solutions, and drive sales while maintaining excellent customer service. The role emphasizes energy, product knowledge, and relationship-building in a fast-paced store setting.

As a Mobile Expert, you will complete in-store training, use digital tools for customer interactions, and work with cross-channel teams to meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience (Preferred).
• 30 days of T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Preferred).
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Serving and selling to customers, providing a best in class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Consistently leverages digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Completes training on in-store experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and reference resources.
• Learns about innovations in wireless and technology while on shift.
