Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is hiring Mobile Experts to join the Retail Team of Experts and bring the T-Mobile brand to life in-store. You will engage customers, educate them on devices and services, and meet sales and service targets in a fast-paced environment.

As a Mobile Expert, you will use digital tools, complete ongoing training, and collaborate with colleagues across channels to deliver a best-in-class shopping experience. This is a full-time, on-site retail role in California.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prefer 6 months of customer service or sales experience in retail.
• Prefer 30 days T-Mobile Mobile Associate experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve and sell to customers while delivering a best-in-class experience.
• Leverage digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
• Complete in-store training on experience, skills, processes, and resources.
• Learn about innovations in wireless and products between customers.
