Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience or equivalent
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning, or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories, placement, and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute product presentation and signage according to company standards to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal or weekly updates as directed.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
