Job summary

lululemon seeks a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand standards to life on the sales floor. You’ll manage product presentation, mannequin styling, signage updates, and seasonal campaigns to deliver a world-class guest experience.

Collaborating with store leadership, you’ll optimize storytelling and store navigation to boost sell-through. The role requires about 1 year of retail or sales experience and exposure to visual merchandising or design.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards, product storytelling and intuitive store navigation.
• Execute VM changes, including window activations, signage and product campaigns.
• Provide hands-on training and feedback to team members on visual display techniques.
