Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand-driven VM strategies to life on the sales floor. You will manage product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store marketing elements to optimize guest experiences while driving store performance.

In this role you will collaborate with store leadership, execute seasonal campaigns, and provide on-the-spot coaching to teammates. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in retail and a background in visual or fashion

Qualifications

1 year of retail or sales work experience.
Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation to life on the floor.
Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent brand standards in key product stories and placement.
Execute VM changes, including window activations, signage updates, and seasonal merchandise changes.
Connect with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques.
Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive relationships.
