Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to translate brand standards into compelling in-store experiences and product storytelling. You will manage presentations, mannequin styling, signage, and campaigns to enhance guest interactions and drive store performance.

The role requires collaboration with store leadership, a strong eye for color and layout, and willingness to train teammates. Retail experience and exposure to visual merchandising are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories, product placement, and store navigation.
• Execute VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
• Provide product education to guests and incorporate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
• Train team members on brand standards and visual display techniques.
