Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute product presentation, styling, and in-store marketing elements, delivering a world-class guest experience and adapting presentations to each store's needs.

You will collaborate with store leadership to uphold brand standards, drive key product stories, manage mannequin styling, signage, and seasonal changes, and coach teammates in visual display techniques.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage and seasonal merchandise updates as directed.
• Engage with guests to assess needs, provide product education and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide feedback and training on brand standards and visual display techniques to teammates.
• Foster an inclusive team environment with supportive working relationships.
