Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring brand standards to life on the store floor. You will manage product presentation, mannequin styling, and in-store marketing to optimize guest experiences and drive sell-through.

You'll collaborate with store leadership, execute seasonal updates, and train team members on visual techniques. A year of retail experience and knowledge of visual/fashion merchandising are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, or space planning.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Implement brand standards in product stories and store navigation to create a world-class guest experience.
• Execute visual merchandising flips, window activations, and seasonal merchandise changes per campaigns.
• Provide in-the-moment training on brand standards and display techniques.
• Support inclusive team environment.
