Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute in-store presentation, mannequin styling, and merchandising changes in line with brand standards. You’ll collaborate with leadership to deliver a world-class guest experience across key product stories and campaigns.

Responsibilities include managing VM flips, signage, and seasonal updates, while training team members and supporting an inclusive store environment that values collaboration and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards and product storytelling on the floor.
• Execute visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, signage and seasonal merchandise changes as directed.
• Engage with guests to understand needs and integrate omnichannel programs into the experience.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching on brand standards and visual display techniques to teammates.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and supportive relationships.
