Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales work experience
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through brand standards in product stories and placement.
• Execute impactful product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
• Perform VM flips, window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal/weekly merchandise changes.
• Interact with guests to assess needs, provide product education, and integrate omnichannel programs.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and training on brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
