lululemon is seeking a Visual Merchandising Specialist to bring product stories to life on the sales floor, style mannequins, set displays, and support seasonal campaigns. You will collaborate with store leadership to optimize guest experiences while adhering to brand standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience and familiarity with visual merchandising concepts. It offers a strong team environment and opportunities for growth in a dynamic store setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or sales experience.
• Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning or related field.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above; training or degree in design or a related field

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
• Optimize guests’ experiences through consistent implementation of brand standards in key product stories and store navigation.
• Execute powerful and visually appealing product presentation to enhance guest experience and drive sell-through.
• Execute VM flips, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage and label updates, and seasonal changes.
• Connect with guests to assess needs, provide technical product education, and incorporate omnichannel programs.
• Provide direct feedback and in-the-moment training related to brand standards and visual display techniques.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment.
